Overlay two spectra and measure the difference between their peak positions and amplitudes.
Use EOT in µm. Import two columns per spectrum (EOT, amplitude), or import both with three columns (shared EOT, A, B) or four (EOT A, amplitude A, EOT B, amplitude B). CSV and tab-delimited text support an optional header row.
